Celebrity Transformations: Rihanna, Kerry Washington and Selena Gomez

Hello Beautiful people! When I posted my Kardashians Makeup transformations, I received a lot of positive feedback, as well as my most recent transformation inspired by Saoirse Ronan. Thus I thought, since you all really like seeing these transformations, I'd do a couple more. I'm going to share all of them right here in this post. Let's begin!
My first transformation is one of my favorites. It's inspired by Rihanna's makeup that she wore to this years Billboard Music Awards last weekend. My features are very different from Rihanna's so in the photo below I edited my eye color to match to hers, perhaps this would make the merge effect of two faces smoother.

Rihanna's look was quite simple and natural, however it still involved few steps, because all the Red carpet looks are glamorous and need to be photogenic. Since the look involved mainly cool matte tones, I decided to use Tartelette palette by Tarte Cosmetics and this is how the eyes came out:

As for the lips, I could not find the exact shade that matches Rihanna's in my makeup collection, so I went with the closest cool toned nude, which is the lipstick in Nude by Motives Cosmetics.

Of course, I do have a tutorial of the whole makeup application with steps and detailed product description, so you can recreate the look if you feel like it.

My next celebrity transformation is inspired by 'Scandal'ous Kerry Washington's makeup that she wore to Met Gala last month. Her makeup caught my eye immediately, it was bold, appropriate to the theme of this year's Met Gala and very unique. I did like all the looks that were talked about as the best makeup looks of Met Gala by fashion channels (Kardashians, for example), but I felt like their looks were pretty much what they wear most of the time, nothing extraordinary. Therefore, I went ahead and recreated Ms Pope's makeup on my Youtube channel. For the close up photos of this look, you can visit my Facebook Page or Instagram account: @beautifyandcreatify
All of the products used are listed in the description box of the video and all my social media platforms.

And the last, but not least, is a makeup look inspired by Selena Gomez's makeup that she wore to Grammy Awards. She looked absolutely beautiful and I really liked her makeup artist's approach to make the look different by not blending the crease color quite as much. This style works really well for hooded lids and the soft brown shadow on the lid does not look too harsh with unblended transition. Here is the close up of the eyes:

As usual, I'm sharing the video tutorial for this look as well. Ever since I created my Youtube channel, I feel like it is much better to show the steps in "movement", the entire process with explanations, rather than snapping photos of each step to put together a pictorial. What do you guys think? Please, feel free to let me know if you want it to do the traditional way, to see the steps in photos as well. I'd love to provide content according to your preference! However, if you are liking the video tutorials, please subscribe to my channel and drop by to say hi. Either way though, subscribe, follow, like all of my social media platforms, it would mean THE WORLD to me!

Thank you for reading this post. I hope it was useful and helpful for you to learn different looks, with different techniques. Comment below if you have any questions or requests for the future posts. I'll catch up with you in my next post. Until then, Stay Blessed, xoxo
