Turquoise and Gold Makeup Look
Today I'd like to show you another makeup look that is created using combination of beautiful colors: turquoise and gold. For your outfit with a turquoise detail or a golden touch, this look would be a perfect complement. Let's get started!
1. As usual, one of the most important steps is priming your eyes. Priming will help shadows last longer and blend smoothly. It also pops the colors up!
2. Apply turquoise shadow all over your lids (both upper and bottom), except the center of your upper lid. Easy way would be to apply in the outer corner and the inner corner of your eye, and then connect color by applying line through the crease. Use eyeshadow brush.
3. Using blending brush or a crease brush, slightly blend out the rough edges.
4. Using eyeshadow brush pack golden color in the center of your upper lid by slightly overlapping shadows to create a transition. Just pat the center of your bottom lid with whatever left on your brush.
5. Now, touch up turquoise until you get smooth, but distinct colors. Apply highlight color on your browbone area.
6. Time for an eye liner! Create a cat-eye "<"-shaped winged eye liner. Using liquid liner draw smooth line on top lid and outer half of the bottom lid. Connect lines and continue by drawing a wing. Also, apply black liner in the waterline using eye pencil.
7. Apply your favorite mascara and falsies, if necessary. And that's it! Beautiful color-combo is done! I combined this eye look with soft pink lipcolor. Enjoy recreating this look!
